Every product sold on this site is delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping or delivery fee is charged.
1. Delivery of Subscriptions and Credits
After successful payment for a subscription or credits, the payment result page displays a redemption code. You can later use the payment email and lookup code on the order lookup page to view it again, then redeem it in the PlayChat desktop application.
2. Delivery of Asset Packs
After successful payment for an asset pack, the payment result page immediately displays the order number, lookup code, and download link. Keep the lookup code secure.
You can later visit the order lookup page and use the payment email and lookup code to retrieve the order and download the pack again.
3. Delivery Records
The system records the payment time, delivery time, download time, and number of downloads. These records are retained as evidence of delivery of the digital product.
4. If Delivery Is Unsuccessful
If a redemption code does not appear after successful payment, the payment result page does not display an asset pack download link, or a link does not work, email support@playchat.ai with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 7 business days.
