All products sold on this site are digital products. No physical goods are supplied and no shipping is involved; accordingly, there are no physical returns or items to send back.
1. Meaning of a Return for Digital Products
On this site, a “return” means cancellation of an order and a refund. Eligibility, request deadlines, refund methods, and processing rules are governed by our Refund Policy.
2. Asset Packs
An asset pack is deemed fully delivered once it has been downloaded. Because a digital file cannot be returned after download, downloaded asset packs cannot be returned.
3. Unused Products Eligible for a Refund Request
An asset pack that has not been downloaded, an unused subscription, or unconsumed credits may be submitted for a refund in accordance with the conditions in our Refund Policy.
